Policy effects of CLT applied in Korea

What  I am thinking of my thesis is a little bit critical issue. so Iam afraid of approach that pproblem. but the course that I learned last semester makes me interested. so I intend to write that issue as thesis.
The title is Policy effects of CLT applied in Korea.

3. The status of English in Korea : The changed status of English in korea,Asia and all of the world
4. The status of English education policy in Korea : The historical changed in English education in                  Korea
5. The social effects of Enlgish education in Korea : positive effects or expectations , negative effects and the properous private education, the emergency of Gilugi dad and the gap of between wealth and poverty.
6. Methods:  quantative research- private education frequency, accomplishment rate, parents' recognition and English educators' opinion for private education.

A Plan for my Paper

The title of my thesis will be the Impact of English Education Extension in Korea.
Since the status of English has changed into international language and global language, English education in Korea also has supported Communicative Language Theory . As the result of that , not only private education and public education has extended speaking and writing for English. also in the Entrance Exam for university students willl have the speaking and writing exam additionally. so most parents and private education market will be active to follow the government policy , eventually our society will have some results as the positive and negative .
 Until now what we have recognized are following that the gap between the wealth and the poor, the difference between Metropolitan and local education level, early education for English and the increasing of single fathers( gilugi daddy) in Korea apart from their families for English education.
 So what I think of my thesis are to suggest the positive and negative results in English education extension  with rate of private education experiences, the differences in districts' level for Enlgish and and so on.
